In a report by the World Economic Forum (WEF), Nigeria
has been ranked the 8th least competitive country in Africa to visit.
This report, tagged Travel & Tourism
Competitiveness Report 2017: Paving the Way for a More Sustainable &
Inclusive Future, ranked countries based on their travel and tourism industry.
The report ranked 136 countries on their Business
Environment, Safety and Security, Health and Hygiene, and International
Openness, among other metrics.
While Nigeria ranked 84th under Business Environment and
61st under Cultural Resources and Business Travel, she also ranked 132nd
under Safety and Security, and 132nd in Health and Hygiene.
Here Is The top 10 Least Competitive Countries To Visit Are:
- Yemen.
- Chad.
- Burundi.
- Congo, Democratic Rep.
- Mauritania.
- Sierra Leone.
- Mali.
- Nigeria.
- Lesotho.
- Benin.
